  Whenever I have a package delivered by the USPS not only does it take forever, but when it's out for delivery, it doesn't get delivered even when I'm home. The tracking website claims an attempt was made and a notice left, but there's never a notice...makes it seem more like an attempt wasn't made and they just marked that they tried. I'll gladly pay whatever the price is to never have to use them again. Wish they would just go out of business already. Update 8/8/17 - still pulling the same bull. Again an "attempted" delivery from Amazon. No sign at all of any attempt. No notices or anything. Just go out of business already.

  This has been by far one of the worst experiences ive encountered dealing with a "business" I went in to try some of the food that i have heard mixed things about and sure enough i should have listened!! My first time there and i got sick from the turkey as it was bright pink, the customer service was horrible the person working who is there quite a bit was very rude and i witnessed him dropping something and picking it up and still using it. There was a little line and 1 person working by the time i got my food it was really bad cold and tasted like dawn dish soap. As i was leaving the worker was out side door smoking i went back in to say something about food and he didnt wash hands or put gloves on to take my food to fix or even cared and gave QUITE the attitude!! Considering im a paying customer and basically and crucial to your job you'd think they treat customers better but no and i have talked to many with same experience!! If i were you id save your hard earned money from this place and as far as i know the deli meat is all pre-sliced days in advance and goes bad within a few days!! Very bad business for the Berkshire area!! Not to mention assuming the owners they have no clue what your saying and speak much English youd think they would give little respect to its paying customers but not a care in the world!!
